Why a long shoelace? Chile is 4275 kilometres long from North to South and at the narrowest point its only 60 kilometres wide.

Best travel period:

You can travel to Chile throughout the whole year. However, when you intend to visit the south of Chile, you must bear in mind that Chile is situated on the southern hemisphere so it has opposite seasons with the Netherlands. Best travel period in that case is their 'summer' : October to April.

Dry deserts, majestic volcanoes, vineyards, impenetrable woods and icy pampas. All in all Chile is characterized by its unprecedented diversity.

A paradise for adventurers, a must for nature lovers, but most of all a safe country with friendly inhabitants who will gladly welcome you to the country they’re very proud of. The safety and good infrastructure also make it possible to discover this amazing country in a comfortable rental car.
