At the end of 2019, we went on a fully organised, individual self-drive trip with Sapa Pana Travel, travelling in a 4WD vehicle through Chilean and Argentine Northern Patagonia.

The Carretera Austral in Chile, Route 7, took us through a stunning landscape of breathtaking natural beauty. Sapa Pana Travel had tailored the trip especially for us so that we had plenty of time to enjoy all that beauty – both whilst travelling by car on the days we were on the move, and especially during our walks on the days in between. The route was carefully mapped out and excellent hotel accommodation had been arranged. This, incidentally, did not detract from the adventurous nature of the trip, which took us along gravel roads through very sparsely populated regions and past beautiful nature reserves. Highly recommended. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and therefore wholeheartedly recommend Sapa Pana Travel to anyone considering a trip to South America.
