Lima is the culinary capital of Latin America, so be sure to take enough time for a good lunch. We recommend the delicious fish dish 'Ceviche'. This is raw fish in lime juice. Many restaurants only serve 'Ceviche' during lunch, because only then the fish is fresh enough to serve. We are happy to advise you about nice spots for a good lunch.
