Travel Funds Guarantee Fund Foundation (SGR)
Sapa Pana Travel (Chamber of Commerce no. 76633179) is a member of SGR. You can verify this at www.sgr.nl. Within the limits of the SGR guarantee scheme, the holidays published on this website are covered by the SGR guarantee. This SGR guarantee means that the consumer is assured that their prepaid travel costs will be refunded if the other party is unable to fulfil the agreed service due to financial insolvency. Insofar as the contract also includes transport and the destination has already been reached, arrangements will be made for the return journey.
From 1 February 2021, SGR members will charge a contribution of €5 per person per booking.
ANVR
This association applies strict membership standards and promotes the quality of its holidays and the information provided about them. Our holidays are subject to the ANVR Terms and Conditions of Travel 2026 and the supplementary terms and conditions of Sapa Pana Travel.
Travel Contingency Fund Foundation (CFR)
Our company is a member of the Travel Contingency Fund Foundation. Within the limits of the Travel Contingency Fund’s guarantee scheme, the holidays published on this website are covered by the Travel Contingency Fund’s guarantee. This guarantee means that, as a consumer taking part in a holiday organised by us:
- you will be refunded (part of) your travel sum if, as a result of a force majeure event, we are unable to carry out the trip, or are unable to carry it out in full;
- you will be reimbursed for any necessary additional costs if we are obliged to alter the trip as a result of a force majeure event or if we have to repatriate you early. A force majeure event is defined as an abnormal occurrence caused by acts of war or a natural disaster.
