Everyone was very helpful
Everything was perfectly organised, with no hitches whatsoever, even though we’d braced ourselves for a few. Everyone was extremely helpful, including the drivers and guides; they, too, were more than happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. Immediately after our arrival, we received a phone call from the local office to ask if everything had gone well.
We really appreciated having the same drivers (Gustavo and Francisco) throughout the trip. Everyone quickly knew exactly what extra help was needed, so my partner never had to carry anything on his own. We are very impressed by Guatemala as a developing country, with its beautiful natural surroundings and culture.
It was an unforgettable adventure – one that you at Sapa Pana Travel made possible for us! We certainly know where to turn if we ever decide to travel to Latin America again.
