Tailor-made trip
As you are entrusting us with one of your most valuable assets – namely your precious free time – we would like to find out as much as possible about you so that we can tailor your trip perfectly to your personal preferences.
A unique trip tailored entirely to your wishes
Would you like us to organise your trip of Latin America? If so, this is how we proceed:
- To ensure we can offer you a trip that is fully tailored to your wishes, we would be happy to discuss your travel requirements with you in person. This can be done by telephone or during a meeting at our office. When you request a quote, we charge a €250 quote fee. If you book the trip with us, this fee will be deducted from the final invoice.
- Based on this discussion, we will draw up a travel proposal for you. Whilst preparing your travel proposal, we will immediately check the availability of the key elements. After all, there is little point in presenting you with a fantastic itinerary if it subsequently turns out that half of it is unavailable. You will normally receive the travel proposal within a week. As the availability we’ve checked is only a snapshot at that moment, it is therefore in your best interests to proceed with your travel plans without delay.
- Once you have gone through the itinerary, we will discuss it together and fine-tune the details. We’ll dot the i’s and cross the t’s to ensure the trip fits your personal preferences like a tailor-made suit.
- Once you’ve confirmed your booking, we’re always on hand to help you plan your trip to the highest standard. You’re always welcome to pop into our office to go over everything with us at your leisure. We’ll provide the coffee and the Bossche Bol.
